This full-time opportunity offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement and calls for a professional with at least two years of hands-on litigation experience. Duties:

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution with minimal supervision

• Handle all aspects of trial preparation, motion practice, and depositions

• Advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings and mediations

• Conduct detailed legal research and draft persuasive legal documents

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies

• Participate actively in negotiations, settlements, and client counseling

• Maintain accurate case records and meet all procedural deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation practice

• Active member of the Nevada State Bar in good standing

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment

• Proven experience preparing for and participating in courtroom proceedings

• Exceptional skills in legal research, analysis, drafting, and oral advocacy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar (mandatory)
