Duties

• Manage routine commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and JV agreements.
• Spearhead transaction due diligence.
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Engage in general real estate development.
• Collaborate in a team environment on complex engagements.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and state bar membership required.
• 6+ years of experience in sophisticated deal work preferred.
• Strong background in title and survey items preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in the applicable state.

Education

• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Membership in the applicable state bar association.
