Duties:

• Prepare petitions, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research to support cases
• Interact and meet with clients and staff
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
• Provide legal counsel in collaboration with senior associates
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Texas bar license
• Client database or other source of potential clients is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Experience in civil or federal litigation, personal injury, or criminal law

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Texas bar license
