Duties

• Manage all aspects of case management, including client intake and case preparation.
• Conduct case evaluations and draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and staff.
• Mentor and guide less-experienced associates.

Requirements

• Virginia Bar admission required; DC and MD Bar admissions are advantageous.
• Minimum of three years of personal injury experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Virginia Bar.
