Duties

• Assist partner and senior associate attorneys with legal research and document drafting.
• Prepare reports on legal ramifications of organizational policies for client executives.
• Research legal solutions for client issues and prepare related documents.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Advise clients on legal matters and assist in managing client relationships.
• Participate in business development activities with partner attorneys.
• Lead projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal corporate laws.

Requirements

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Completed graduate coursework in international law, trade law, arbitration, and public rights.
• Licensed with a State Bar Association.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• State Bar Association license.

Skills

• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
