Duties:

• Manage and oversee appellate litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Provide strategic counsel on appellate procedures and case strategies.

• Draft and review appellate briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.

• Present oral arguments in appellate courts.

• Collaborate with trial teams to preserve issues for appeal and develop appellate strategies.

• Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other legal professionals.

• Mentored and guided junior attorneys in appellate practice.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience handling appellate cases at the partner level.

• Proven ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.

• Demonstrated a history of professional integrity and job stability.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member in good standing with the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Expertise in appellate law and procedures.
