Duties

• Manage executive compensation disclosures for public companies.
• Advise on employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
• Develop and implement tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
• Negotiate executive employment and severance arrangements.
• Design equity and non-equity incentive plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York.

Skills

• Proficiency in handling complex client matters.
