Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.
• Produce timely and accurate deliverables.
• Manage deadlines and expectations efficiently.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Experience with secondary transactions and structuring carry vehicles preferred.
• AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
