Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex legal matters, including securities and FINRA disputes, commercial conflicts, and professional liability claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and manage cases from initial filing to resolution.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings to advocate effectively for clients’ interests.
• Collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy, case preparation, and trial support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic guidance for clients.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-5 years of legal practice, with demonstrated expertise in securities litigation, commercial disputes, director and officer (D&O) liability, professional negligence claims, and general civil litigation.
• Bar Admission: Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Skills: Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Attributes: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar in good standing.
