Job Overview: A well-established law firm is actively seeking an experienced attorney to join their Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work on complex insurance issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies. The role requires a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters
• Analyze and resolve issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, memoranda, and other documents
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other legal teams
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation
• Proven experience in handling complex insurance-related matters
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active OR Bar membership in good standing.
