Duties

• Manage complex employment law and class action cases from initiation through resolution, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Draft and oversee case management documents such as statements, stipulations, and discovery responses.
• Engage in law and motion practice, preparing motions, oppositions, and replies.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel throughout litigation.
• Provide essential support to senior attorneys in day-to-day case management.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in employment law litigation and class actions.
• Strong understanding of employment law issues, including wage-and-hour disputes, wrongful termination, and workplace discrimination.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to advocating for clients and ensuring justice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Certifications

• California State Bar License (required).
