Duties

• Serve as counsel to national financial institutions.
• Engage in commercial real estate finance activities.
• Participate in warehouse financing and loan securitization.
• Handle complex finance structures and mezzanine finance.
• Contribute to equity investments.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of structured finance or real estate development experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted to the state Bar in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, or Texas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission in specified states.
