This position offers the opportunity to support the firm's growing Labor & Employment practice, handling a mix of complex litigation defense, including class and representative actions, single-plaintiff actions, traditional labor law, and employment counseling. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across offices.

Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal support on employment law matters, including class actions, representative actions, single-plaintiff cases, and labor law.

• Offer employment counseling to clients, advising on legal risks, policies, and compliance.

• Draft legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.

• Engage in litigation management, including preparing for and participating in depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Collaborate with team members across offices to ensure effective case management.

• Maintain strong client relationships by offering expert legal advice and solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment law or complex litigation.

• Experience in class and representative actions, single-plaintiff matters, and traditional labor law.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar.

Skills:

• Expertise in labor and employment law, including complex litigation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
