A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will manage a full caseload from inception through trial, demonstrating strong knowledge of California court rules and procedures.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including law and motion, written discovery, and court appearances.
• Conduct and defend lay and expert depositions.
• Draft and argue motions, oppositions, and other court filings.
• Develop case strategies and oversee trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of court deadlines, rules, and procedures.
• Proven experience with depositions, law and motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
