Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials, ensuring thorough preparation in advance.
• Research, prepare, and draft motions, petitions, and responses for client cases.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, including coordinating staff and preparing for trial.
• Develop case strategies and provide clear communication to clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Patience and kindness in dealing with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Ability to obtain federal bar licensure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Texas State Bar License (required).
• Federal Bar License (preferred but not required).

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury litigation.
• Strong trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and client management skills.
