A prestigious law firm is currently hiring an Associate Attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience to join its Banking & Finance practice group. This role involves advising lenders and borrowers on a broad spectrum of financing transactions, including private credit deals, syndicated loans, and growth capital investments, across both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong transactional background, a client-first mindset, and thrive in a collaborative legal environment.

Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of debt finance transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements and other lending documents

• Advise on private credit facilities, syndicated loans, and growth capital financings

• Coordinate with teams across offices and practice areas on complex deals

• Deliver responsive, business-oriented legal solutions to clients

• Contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team culture

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in banking and finance at a law firm

• Proven ability to manage and support sophisticated finance transactions

• Strong work ethic and commitment to top-tier client service

• Member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar

• Must meet local licensing requirements for the office location

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• For California roles: Admission or eligibility upon completion of the California Bar Exam

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of debt finance structures and documentation
