Duties

• Manage and lead complex commercial litigation cases involving contract disputes, business torts, and regulatory matters
• Develop litigation strategies and oversee all aspects of trial preparation and proceedings
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
• Provide strategic counsel to corporate clients on litigation risk and legal exposure
• Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Collaborate with clients, co-counsel, and experts to build effective case strategies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial litigation trends and developments

Requirements

• 20 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Proven trial experience and comfort handling high-value and complex cases
• Strong background in federal and state court procedures
• Ability to manage large dockets and lead case teams
• Exceptional judgment and ability to work with sophisticated corporate clients

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
