Duties:

• Manage a full docket of workers’ compensation claims at varying stages of litigation

• Develop comprehensive case strategies and litigation plans

• Handle all phases of discovery, including depositions and interrogatories

• Represent clients during court appearances, hearings, and trials

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

• Maintain a high standard of ethics and professionalism

• Engage in ongoing legal education and development within the firm

• Contribute to a team-oriented and client-focused culture

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in California

• Member in good standing with the State Bar of California

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in workers’ compensation defense preferred

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Demonstrated litigation skills and courtroom confidence

• Commitment to professional growth and continuing education

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• State Bar of California admission required
