Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on venture capital transactions and represent emerging companies.
• Engage in the negotiation and drafting of various corporate agreements, including those related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client objectives.
• Communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to business needs.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, particularly with venture capital and emerging companies.
• Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes and documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
• Proven track record of working with technology sector clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited, nationally recognized law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
