Duties

• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and mediation briefs.
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes.
• Utilize California Superior Court websites and related resources.
• Manage a full case load effectively.

Requirements

• Licensed JD from an ABA-approved law school in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 1+ year of experience as an attorney preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with WealthDocx preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
