Location:

• Boca Raton, FL

Duties:

• Manage an independent caseload with oversight from senior attorneys.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and write memorandums.
• Attend hearings and court conferences.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend property inspections.
• Consult with expert witnesses.
• Attend mediations.
• Assist in trial preparation and conduct trials.

Requirements:

• 1 to 7 years of first-party property defense or other relevant litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with guidance from partners.
• Experience in attending hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar License (Required).

Skills:

• Litigation experience, particularly in first-party property defense.
• Strong legal writing and research abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Organizational and time management skills.
