Duties

• Serve as lead attorney on family law matters from strategy through resolution.
• Collaborate with a team of paralegals and legal assistants to support your work.
• Delegate effectively and maintain quality control.
• Maintain accountability for deadlines, workflow, and client experience.
• Appear in court, mediations, and hearings as required.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with The New Jersey Bar.
• 10+ years of family law experience.
• Experience owning a firm or practicing as a solo attorney.
• Existing book of business.
• Comfortable being accountable for basic KPIs.
• Values structure, clarity, and support.
• Confident, steady, and emotionally intelligent.
• Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• PA license a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
