This role involves managing cases from inception through trial, ensuring excellent client service, and securing optimal case outcomes. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished legal professional with strong negotiation skills and a passion for litigation.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including personal injury claims.
• Evaluate legal claims and develop case strategies.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, including trials.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments.
• Collaborate with legal teams and support staff to achieve case goals.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.
• Proven 1st chair trial experience.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana and good standing with the Indiana Bar.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures.
• Ability to evaluate and assess claims effectively.
• Strong research and legal writing capabilities.
