• Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel for fair outcomes.
• Prepare for and handle arbitrations, mediations, and courtroom litigation.
• Communicate clearly with clients, guiding them through the legal process.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in PA and/or NJ.
• Strong foundation in personal injury law and civil litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files effectively.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on self-improvement and excellence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
