A well-regarded law firm in Las Vegas is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join its dynamic and growing immigration practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on a wide range of immigration matters, including removal defense, detained cases, and family-based petitions. Ideal for a newly admitted attorney or one with up to three years of experience, this role provides hands-on litigation and client interaction experience with a clear path for professional development.

Represent detained and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and BIA
Conduct client intakes, including visits to detention centers
Prepare and submit diverse immigration applications, including asylum, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status
Review and revise application packets to ensure accuracy and completeness
Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs, motions, and client advisories
Advise clients on immigration concepts and recommend strategic legal solutions
Participate in legal consultations and develop individualized case strategies
Collaborate with legal assistants and attorneys to manage caseloads effectively
Engage with law enforcement, prosecutors, and community partners on immigration law updates
Prepare clients and witnesses for court or USCIS interviews and testimony
0–3 years of experience in immigration law
Strong interest in removal defense and family-based immigration matters
Willingness to handle both detained and non-detained cases
Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Admission to a U.S. state bar (Nevada preferred or ability to obtain prompt admission)
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities
Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)
Familiarity with case management software (preferred)
