Location

Duties

• Review intake forms, supporting documents, and case details submitted by potential clients

• Evaluate eligibility for immigration relief and propose legal strategies

• Provide legal consultations and explain relevant immigration processes to prospective and current clients

• Coordinate with the intake and sales teams to ensure proper case assessment and communication

• Oversee intake paralegals and virtual assistants to streamline the client onboarding process

• Monitor live cases in the firm’s case management system for potential follow-ups or additional services

• Advise existing clients on legal services beyond their initial contract scope

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience practicing immigration law

• Familiarity with a range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, EOIR, citizenship, and detained cases

• Ability to assess legal issues quickly and communicate strategic options clearly

• Strong client service orientation and comfort working with intake and sales teams

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Admission to a U.S. state bar (Nevada preferred or ability to obtain prompt admission)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong legal analysis and case evaluation abilities

• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and shifting priorities

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)

• Experience with immigration case management software (preferred)

• Comfortable leading small teams or directing support staff
