• Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, carriers, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with billing guidelines while maintaining high productivity.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, focusing on insurance defense.
• Strong analytical, legal writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work independently.
• Strong client communication and case management skills.
