Job Details:

Duties:

• Conduct thorough initial investigations and provide legal analysis and advice.
• Prepare and file legal pleadings and documents relevant to insurance defense cases.
• Perform extensive legal research to support case strategy and arguments.
• Undertake pre-trial discovery, including document production and depositions.
• Prepare for and actively participate in hearings and trials.
• Handle post-trial activities where appropriate, such as appeals and settlements.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in General Liability defense work.
• Trial experience is a definite plus.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
• Admission to the New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania Bars is considered an additional advantage.
