• Meet and collaborate with experts to support case development.
• Manage a large and complex caseload, ensuring timely and effective case resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and senior attorneys.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in civil defense litigation, with preference for candidates with medical malpractice experience.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Superior legal acumen and ability to think critically and independently.
• Ability to manage a complex caseload effectively while working collaboratively with others.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to legal challenges.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal communication and client interaction abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple cases simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
