Duties:

• Manage an active caseload involving a broad array of domestic matters such as divorce, custody, alimony, and property division

• Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy

• Conduct and respond to discovery and depositions

• Represent clients during negotiations, mediations, hearings, and courtroom proceedings

• Provide strategic legal advice tailored to each client’s circumstances

• Maintain client relationships and communications with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically handling family law cases

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills

• Active license to practice law in the State of Maryland

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Maryland Bar in good standing

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Maryland domestic relations law

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Competence in legal research and legal drafting tools
