Manage an active caseload involving a broad array of domestic matters such as divorce, custody, alimony, and property division
Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
Conduct and respond to discovery and depositions
Represent clients during negotiations, mediations, hearings, and courtroom proceedings
Provide strategic legal advice tailored to each client’s circumstances
Maintain client relationships and communications with professionalism and discretion
Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically handling family law cases
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently
Strong litigation and negotiation skills
Active license to practice law in the State of Maryland
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Maryland Bar in good standing
In-depth knowledge of Maryland domestic relations law
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Competence in legal research and legal drafting tools
