Duties:

• Represent clients in immigration court and during administrative hearings related to removal defense.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare legal documents such as motions, briefs, and petitions.

• Develop tailored defense strategies for individual cases, ensuring comprehensive and effective representation.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and explain complex legal processes and options.

• Collaborate with other legal professionals and community organizations to offer holistic support to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in any U.S. state or territory.

• Proven experience in immigration law, especially in the area of removal defense.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with legal technology and case management software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
