Duties:
Represent clients in immigration court and during administrative hearings related to removal defense.
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare legal documents such as motions, briefs, and petitions.
Develop tailored defense strategies for individual cases, ensuring comprehensive and effective representation.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and explain complex legal processes and options.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and community organizations to offer holistic support to clients.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in any U.S. state or territory.
Proven experience in immigration law, especially in the area of removal defense.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
