Location:

• Saint Louis, MO

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of intellectual property litigation in federal courts

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies

• Oversee discovery processes, including document production and depositions

• Prepare for and participate in trials and hearings

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff across multiple office locations

• Assist in business development initiatives and client relationship management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Federal Circuit experience is a plus

• Strong litigation background and understanding of technical subject matter

• Demonstrated leadership and collaborative working style

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic performance required

• Law school and undergraduate (and graduate, if applicable) transcripts must be submitted

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice

Skills:

• Superior legal research and writing skills

• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities

• Analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a high-pressure environment
