The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and internal legal teams to ensure each case progresses toward favorable outcomes.

Location:

• Clayton, Missouri

Duties:

• Conduct client meetings to discuss case details with empathy and professionalism

• Build trust and maintain ongoing communication with clients

• Provide regular updates to clients regarding case progress

• Communicate with insurance companies to negotiate claims, demands, and offers

• Evaluate personal injury claims and determine legal strategy

• Collaborate with legal team to support pre-litigation processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience (preferred)

• Active member in good standing of the Missouri Bar

• Active member in good standing of the Illinois Bar

• Willingness to obtain licensure in Wisconsin

• Proven experience in claim evaluation and negotiation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proactive and team-oriented work ethic

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois

• Eligibility or willingness to become licensed in Wisconsin

Skills:
