Duties:

• Assist in the representation of clients in professional liability matters, including legal, D&O, employment-related, and insurance-related disputes

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with a high level of precision

• Conduct legal research and develop a case strategy in coordination with senior attorneys

• Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances as appropriate

• Contribute to case management and litigation planning throughout the life cycle of a case

• Collaborate closely with experienced partners and associates in a supportive team-based environment

• Engage in continuous legal development under the guidance of firm leadership

• Provide prompt and effective communication with internal teams and clients

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in areas such as malpractice defense, employment litigation, or insurance-related disputes

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and take initiative on assignments

• Commitment to developing litigation and trial-related skills

• A stable employment track record demonstrating long-term professional commitment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Delaware Bar is required
