Duties

• Lead and manage class action cases across multiple jurisdictions.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Develop and execute legal strategies for certification and settlement.
• Oversee and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams.
• Draft and argue motions, oppositions, and appellate briefs.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on case selection, resource allocation, and long-term litigation strategy.
• Manage relationships with co-counsel and opposing counsel with professionalism and authority.

Requirements

• J.D. and active California Bar membership (in good standing).
• 10+ years of litigation experience, with significant experience in class actions or complex multi-party litigation.
• Proven record of handling cases in both state and federal courts, including class certification and appellate matters.
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Leadership experience managing attorneys and litigation teams.
• Deep understanding of procedural rules, discovery strategy, and case valuation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
