• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas State Bar license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• At least 1 year of experience in immigration law.
• Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills focused on achieving positive client outcomes.
• Proficient in legal drafting and documentation processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in legal research.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
