A law firm in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of courtroom experience. The ideal candidate will effectively and persuasively present evidence in court and counsel clients with precision and patience. A Florida Bar license is required.

Duties:

• Present evidence in court effectively and persuasively to support client cases.
• Counsel clients with precision, patience, and clarity regarding legal matters and case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop and execute case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of courtroom experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
