Duties

• Provide legal counsel on business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex transactional documents and agreements.

• Advise clients on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' business objectives.

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of experience in business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, or related corporate law fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
