A distinguished law firm located in Peachtree Corners, GA, is seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level attorney to join its bankruptcy team. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to build foundational experience in Chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, with exposure to Chapters 11 and 12 over time. The role offers hands-on legal work, courtroom experience, and structured professional development within a supportive and fast-paced practice focused on creditor rights.

Duties:

• Monitor and meet statutory and internal deadlines

• Support regulatory compliance by assisting in procedure management

• Draft and review legal documents with precision and accuracy

• Conduct legal research and interpret rulings, statutes, and bankruptcy regulations

• Represent clients at hearings in Bankruptcy Court (upon achieving adequate training)

Requirements:

• Must be scheduled to sit for the July 2025 Georgia Bar Exam

• Availability to work full-time onsite or in a hybrid capacity, as required by case volume and court schedules

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments in a high-volume legal practice

• Commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (completed or pending graduation)

Certifications:

• Eligibility for Georgia Bar licensure by July 2025

• Bar passage is required for continued employment post-hiring
