Requirements

• 4 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal counsel to clients

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications
