Litigation Associate - General Liability

The candidate should have an active Illinois bar license and 4 years of experience in civil litigation. Strong communication skills, solid analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work well on a team are also required. Expected to represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including, all aspects of oral and written discovery, and active motion and trial practice in both state and federal court. Experience in drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, client communications, and preparing case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended courses of action, is strongly preferred. Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
