Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Advise and counsel employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 2+ years of experience, with a preference for an employment law background.
• Current NH bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar or ability to obtain.
