The successful candidate will be involved in handling multiple litigation matters, working closely with both internal teams and clients to provide exceptional legal support.

Duties:

• Manage and lead multiple complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding litigation matters.

• Coordinate with fellow associates and staff to ensure efficient case management.

• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court proceedings.

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

• Perform legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.

Requirements:

• Texas Bar admission is required.

• 3-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration.

• Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, writing, and research skills.

• Experience in conducting depositions and representing clients in court is essential.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Texas Bar License.

Skills:

• Expertise in commercial litigation and arbitration.

• Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with experience in client interaction and courtroom representation.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
