The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience advising and supporting case teams and clients on all discovery phases, from preservation through production, and pre-litigation information governance. The role involves collaboration with attorneys, technologists, and clients to manage eDiscovery workflows and protocols.

Duties

• Advise case teams and clients on discovery phases.
• Collaborate to craft and manage eDiscovery workflows.
• Oversee quality of work and deliverables for associated teams.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in deliverables.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in the practicing state.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency with corporate messaging and productivity solutions.
• Expertise with Relativity is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Relevant eDiscovery certifications preferred.
