Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of IP litigation experience, primarily in patent litigation.
• Experience in managing all phases of IP litigation, including trial preparation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Portable book of business preferred, but not required for candidates with growth potential.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
