Job Overview:
A prominent law firm in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a seasoned Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their highly respected civil litigation team. This attorney will independently handle cases from initial client interaction through trial resolution, employing advanced legal strategy and advocacy skills in all aspects of personal injury litigation.

Duties:

• Independently manage personal injury litigation cases from initiation to settlement or trial.

• Effectively prepare and represent clients at hearings, trial proceedings, and motion arguments.

• Strategically conduct and defend both lay and expert witness depositions.

• Draft persuasive legal motions, briefs, memoranda, and responses.

• Conduct meticulous legal research and synthesize findings into strategic litigation plans.

• Prepare comprehensive case files, trial exhibits, and related documentation.

• Communicate proactively and clearly with clients, court personnel, opposing attorneys, and expert witnesses.

• Formulate precise and impactful discovery documents, including interrogatories, requests, notices, and objections.

• Ensure thorough and strategic review, analysis, and summarization of discovery materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated personal injury litigation experience in California.

• Proven experience conducting and defending complex depositions.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.

• Comprehensive knowledge of California Civil Procedure.

• Exceptional analytical, research, and written advocacy capabilities.

• Superior organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong track record of achieving favorable litigation outcomes.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law institution.

Certifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.

Skills:
