The role offers a hybrid schedule and flexible hours with commensurate compensation.

Location:

Duties:

• Handle trademark prosecution and online enforcement matters

• Work independently on assigned IP matters with minimal supervision

• Collaborate with team members across offices on IP strategies and filings

• Maintain consistent workload and deliver high-quality client service

• Focus on practice execution without business development obligations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trademark enforcement and prosecution

• Ability to manage a steady volume of legal work efficiently and independently

• Strong interest in a non-partnership track role with flexible expectations

• Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with a state bar

Skills:

• Proficiency in trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement
