Duties

• Prepare trial documents such as jury instructions.
• Second-chair trials, with potential to first-chair.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Professional references from other attorneys.
• Active member of the California Bar Association, with no history of bar discipline or suspensions.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a civil litigator.
• Experience with complex legal issues preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.

Certifications

• Bar License.
