Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research using resources such as LexisNexis.
• Counsel clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Maintain organized records of case progress and client interactions.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals.
• Stay current with updates in laws relevant to practice areas.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent legal writing and document drafting abilities.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
