Duties:

• Handle full litigation lifecycle from case intake through trial or settlement

• Develop case strategies, manage discovery, and engage in motion practice

• Conduct client meetings to assess legal needs and provide strategic guidance

• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations

• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Coordinate trial preparation activities, including assembling exhibits and witness materials

• Analyze legal issues and case evidence to formulate practical recommendations

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding case progress and next steps

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with emphasis on personal injury and/or employment disputes

• Strong trial acumen with a record of courtroom advocacy

• Excellent legal drafting, research, and oral argument skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently

• Commitment to client service and professional integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S.-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
